Company history

The company has been registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Regional Court in Brno on January 19, 1999.

The company’s initial focus was the manufacture of products from technical rubber and polyamide – the manufacture of products from PA 6 alkalic polyamide via casting in forms - polyamide connections R, S, T, A, UIC - insulating connections for the repair and construction of railways (with target markets in Slovenia, Russia, Ukraine and the Czech Rep. - ČD).

In 2000, the manufacturing programme of TATRA and ŠKODA truck cabin interior upholstering was taken over from GUMOTEX, a.s. At the time, production at TATRA a.s. was nearly zero, but there was a breakthrough shortly after that, and our company launched full production. This was the time when the processing of PUR systems began.

In 2001, an attractive yet troubled offer was presented to our company, especially regarding the company’s economic strength; this offer concerned mass-scale manufacture of PUR masonry plastering floats. Following complicated negotiations, a mutual agreement was reached with the customer, technology was purchased for mass manufacture and the so far used leased premises were extended. Having overcome minor troubles, our company soon became the world’s largest producer of the said assortment, when we overpowered our competition from Germany, Poland and Holland. Our largest target markets were in Poland, S.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman, with a gradual increase in the market share in Central Europe as well.

With respect to the small portfolio of customers and projects, the company started to search for further manufacturing activities, and over time we managed to extend the number of new customers with a new assortment of products. Since then, the company’s stability was secured permanently, and the extension of our manufacture continued.
